ABOUT US
An Italian couple teaching Hatha Yoga Parinama yoga in France since 2013.
​
We chose to make Fontainebleau our home after our first stay here, in 2000, as we instantly felt this was the place where we wanted to live.
Looking back, we are convinced we could not have made a better choice.
To us the forest is almost a magical as the warm welcome we received from the people of the region.
​
Back then we travelled light; with not much more than the teaching method
and practice of our Master Bruno Baleotti.
We opened our first Yoga center betting that, as in Italy, our future students would appreciate the advantages and the clarity of an approach which is at the same time tried, trusted and innovative.
​
After almost 6 years teaching in a small but intimate basement-room, we now have the opportunity
to move a larger and brighter space.
Though our center grows, we will never neglect to provide a very high level of personal attention to our pupils. We deeply believe in what we teach.
​
In our new center, students will have the opportunity to choose from several weekly classes of Hatha Yoga Parinama Method.
We organize courses where, in addition to the usual practice - always looking for new incentives and solutions - we talk about Pranayama and Meditation.
​
Furthermore, we are joined by other teachers each coming from different backgrounds so that every student’s needs and interests is catered to.

HOW TO JOIN US
Our center is located in the immediate vicinity of downtown Fontainebleau, easily accessible on foot or by bike. The bus stop "Aristide Briand" is only 30 meters away from our center. It is served by the No.1 line which provides a link between the town center and Fontainebleau/Avon train station.

If you decide to come by car, parking spaces are available on Aristide Briand street towards Fontainebleau/Avon station about 100 m from the Center. These parking places are part of the “green zone” (90 minutes for €1.40).
