WHO ARE WE?

We are two teachers trained in the Panax Yoga School in Bologna, Italy, under the direction of Master Bruno Baleotti.

The kind of Yoga we practice is classic Hatha Yoga (in the Parinama variant, the "Yoga of Change", developed by the same Master over a period of 40 years) from which we take all basic postures.

​Our approach is therefore mainly physical, and in this respect our experience has shown us that regular and diligent practice of this type can relieve numerous health problems.

Over the course of our lives, personal physical activity especially rock climbing – has been and remains key. For this reason we also see Yoga (and in particular Parinama Yoga) as an instrument that can be used in addition to and as preparation for other sports and physical activities.

As students’ progress, positive effects can occur at an emotional and psychological level (increased self-awareness and self-confidence, ability to concentrate, etc.) because each posture (āsana) also has an influence at mental and energetic level.

We are well aware that this is only the first step on what we hope will become a life-long journey of self-discovery and well-being for our pupils.

 

However, we are adamant that this first step remains a beautiful necessity to be taken for all future steps ahead.
