Registration is valid a calendar year (for example from September, the 1st 2022 to August, 31st 2023).

GROUP LESSONS

Group lessons represent the heart of our work and the best way become familiar with our method.

Group lessons normally last 75 minutes.

The first 15 minutes are for heating, which is an integral part of the practice;
we advise you to take advantage of this opportunity to avoid getting hurt during the lesson.

You can join a first test session without commitment.

Then you can choose from different subscription types, one that suits you the most; in this case please print, fill-out and return this form which also available in the Center.

A medical certificate or a letter of discharge must be provided within 15 days

in the case of a 5 or 10 session card.

THE CARDS

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When purchasing your 10-ticket card, you can choose the duration of the card (8 or 16 weeks, 6 or 12 months) according to your schedule. Shorter-term cards are cheaper than longer-term cards.

WHAT IF I DON’T FINISH MY CARD BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE?
There is no problem, you can adjust the difference and thus take advantage of a longer time to use all sessions.

The maximum duration of the cards is 12 months and no derogation from this rule will be possible.

Ideal for a couple who has the same weekly availability.

PRIVATE COURSES

Private courses are perfect for those who need personalized monitoring as in case of particular physical aliment (traumatisms, injuries, etc.).

The organization of “duos” and private lessons is subject to teachers ‘availability and generally is limited to people who cannot take group lessons due to their state of health.

DUOS and PARTICULAR courses last 60 minutes.

TERMS OF USE

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Thank you for your understanding.

The interruption of classes during school holidays will alter the expiration date of all cards.

COLLECTIVE COURSES, CARD 10 SESSIONS

When you buy a subscription, you must also choose the course you are enrolling in (for example: Tuesday class at 7pm).

If you cannot attend your class, it is not necessary to inform us; any other changes of the day and time must be communicated to us in advance.

If for personal reasons you are unable to follow the same weekly course regularly (shift work, travel, etc.), it will be important to agree each week on the next following appointment.

PRIVATE COURSES, DUOS

These courses are organized only by appointment.

Any session not canceled 24 hours in advance will be considered due.
